Our client, a global real estate services firm, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Thailand. The primary responsibilities of this role include prospecting for residential and commercial property management opportunities, managing RFP/TOR/bid responses, and coordinating internal documentation submissions and approvals.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales by building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities for growth with new clients
  • Provide monthly reports to the Head of IFM & Property Management and actively participate in business review meetings
  • Evaluate client needs and tailor projects to align with their specific requirements
  • Proactively engage with potential clients, perform market analysis, introduce the internal team to prospective customers, and prepare proposals and RFP/TOR responses
  • Ensure all necessary internal approvals, such as BTRs, Go/No-Go decisions, and commercial pricing templates, are secured prior to submission
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting KPIs and delivering quality service
  • Conduct market analysis to inform and support strategic sales planning across relevant departments
  • Oversee and manage the review and negotiation of KPIs and key terms in commercial contracts, including renewals, new agreements, and expirations
  • Coordinate the entire tender process from initial prospecting to project onboarding, including site briefings, cost assessments, proposal preparation, and tender submissions/interviews
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Property, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably within a large MNC in the commercial or residential property management industry
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with excellent negotiation abilities
  • Self-confident with a pleasant personality and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills to support strategic sales planning and decision-making
  • Outstanding presentation and pitching skills
  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Windows
