Our client is seeking a senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead growth in our integrated security systems business in Thailand.
This role is for a proven professional with leadership capability who can drive new business, close complex project-based deals, and lead an established sales and in-house presales/design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth
- Lead and close complex, project-based security opportunities
- Manage and develop an existing sales team (currently 9 people)
- Lead an in-house presales/design team (currently 6 engineers) responsible for system design, proposals, and TORs
- Grow the AES sales team
- Build and maintain a strong, forecastable sales pipeline
- Work closely with management and technical teams to deliver competitive, compliant solutions
Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record for closing project-based or solution-led sales and sales growth
- Experience managing sales and technical / pre-sales teams
- Background in security systems, ELV, ICT, building systems, or system integration
- Fluent in Thai and English, able to communicate professionally with local and international stakeholders
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills
