This role plays a key part in building brand visibility, enhancing customer engagement, and delivering integrated campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms.

Assistant Marketing Manager – Luxury Real Estate Development

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
  • Support multi-channel initiatives (social media, SEO, SEM, events) and monitor performance for optimization.
  • Manage website updates and SEO improvements to enhance visibility and traffic.
  • Execute and monitor social media campaigns; engage with the online community to boost presence.
  • Plan and implement email marketing campaigns; analyze metrics to refine strategy.
  • Oversee online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with budget and performance management.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to report on digital performance and deliver insights.
  • Create and manage consistent, high-quality digital content in line with brand identity.
  • Maintain cohesive messaging across all platforms (web, blog, social media).
  • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
  • Conduct regular market research to track trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
  • Work closely with sales, CRM, and product teams to align on objectives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners; manage marketing budgets and timelines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback across digital platforms, ensuring excellent service and timely resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury real estate/property.
  • Proficient in digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing software, social media management tools).
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Highly organized, creative, and results-oriented.
