- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
- Support multi-channel initiatives (social media, SEO, SEM, events) and monitor performance for optimization.
- Manage website updates and SEO improvements to enhance visibility and traffic.
- Execute and monitor social media campaigns; engage with the online community to boost presence.
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns; analyze metrics to refine strategy.
- Oversee online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with budget and performance management.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to report on digital performance and deliver insights.
- Create and manage consistent, high-quality digital content in line with brand identity.
- Maintain cohesive messaging across all platforms (web, blog, social media).
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
- Conduct regular market research to track trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
- Work closely with sales, CRM, and product teams to align on objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners; manage marketing budgets and timelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback across digital platforms, ensuring excellent service and timely resolution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury real estate/property.
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing software, social media management tools).
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Highly organized, creative, and results-oriented.
