Our client, an international real estate services firm, is seeking a Associate Director Advisory to lead a high-performing team, drive business growth, and deliver top-tier advisory services in real estate investment, development, and asset management. This visionary leader will focus on expanding market influence, strengthening client relationships, and achieving targeted profits. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration by securing new business through cross-selling, upselling, proactive lead generation, and increasing deal volume
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand market share
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams of advisors, analysts, and consultants, ensuring exceptional project execution and client satisfaction
  • Craft persuasive sales proposals, feasibility studies, reports, and client presentations that clearly communicate value propositions and close deals
  • Monitor and analyze key sales and performance metrics to align with business goals and optimize profitability
  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling, feasibility studies, and investment evaluations to support data-driven strategies and maximize customer returns
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations
  • Supervise daily team operations and conduct final reviews of client presentations and reports to maintain service excellence
Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong background in real estate advisory, revenue-focused deal-making, and executive client management with a results-driven mindset
  • In-depth understanding of commercial real estate sectors, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily properties, and valuation
  • Proven ability to drive sales, lead high-performance teams, and manage complex transactions that boost profitability
  • Expertise in financial analysis, feasibility studies, investment modeling, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent skills in presenting, negotiating, and engaging stakeholders to secure high-value deals
  • Experience with real estate software, CRM systems, and financial modeling tools
  • Professional credentials such as CFA, MRICS, or equivalent are a plus
