- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing pre-employment checks
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring all paperwork, orientation, and training are completed seamlessly
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on company policies and HR best practices
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and escalate complex cases to the HR Manager
- Contribute to maintaining a supportive and inclusive workplace culture
- Assist in implementing performance review processes, goal setting, and employee development plans
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics and collaborate with managers to provide feedback
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, updates, and inquiries
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate record maintenance
- Conduct research on compensation trends to keep company offerings competitive
- Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and professional growth
- Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress
- Manage and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 3 – 5-year experience in HR function
- Proven experience in a similar HR role (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Assistant)
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill
- Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken
