Our client, a leading provider of aircraft component repair and overhaul services, serving airlines and aviation industries, is seeking a seasoned Assistant HR Manager. This role will focus on critical HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Assistant HR Manager will play a vital role in creating a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting professional development, ultimately contributing to the organization's success.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing pre-employment checks
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring all paperwork, orientation, and training are completed seamlessly
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on company policies and HR best practices
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and escalate complex cases to the HR Manager
  • Contribute to maintaining a supportive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Assist in implementing performance review processes, goal setting, and employee development plans
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics and collaborate with managers to provide feedback
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, updates, and inquiries
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate record maintenance
  • Conduct research on compensation trends to keep company offerings competitive
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and professional growth
  • Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress
  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 3 – 5-year experience in HR function
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Assistant)
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill
  • Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken
