They are now looking for an Assistant GM – Human Resources to lead HR operations and initiatives across the organisation. This is a key leadership role for a dynamic HR professional ready to drive strategic people initiatives and build high-performing teams aligned with the company’s business goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, People and Organisational Development, Performance Management, HRIS, and Employee Relations
- Provide strategic HR insights to support change initiatives, improve organisational effectiveness, and align talent with business priorities
- Lead and execute local HR projects in alignment with global directives and company policies
- Partner with operational business groups to deliver high-quality HR services that meet operational needs
- Design and streamline HR procedures to enhance efficiency within the department
- Review and update HR policies and regulations in line with current organisational context and legal requirements
- Foster a transparent and positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labour laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience across core HR functions including Recruitment, C&B, Organisational Development, Performance Management, HRIS, and ER
- At least 5 years in a managerial role with a track record of handling complex HR matters
- Deep understanding of HR strategies and people development frameworks
- Proven ability to optimise HR processes for operational effectiveness
- Solid knowledge of Thai labour laws and compliance practices
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Proficient in business English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
