Our client, a leading global network of accountancy firms, is seeking a highly motivated and organised Asia Pacific Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for regional members, assisting with proposals, referrals, and guiding them in using available resources
  • Ensure compliance, update member information, and support regional projects, focus groups, training, and conferences
  • Research and engage potential new member firms, manage the application process, and onboard new members
  • Handle member exits, update the website, and maintain recruitment materials
  • Collaborate on venue selection, budgeting, and logistics for regional events
  • Manage event invitations, agendas, and all onsite details
  • Assist with Board meetings, prepare reports, and support the implementation of Board strategies
  • Support financial management, participate in calls, manage the regional budget, and handle various ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisational abilities
  • Attention to detail with the capability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an awareness of cultural differences
