Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for regional members, assisting with proposals, referrals, and guiding them in using available resources
- Ensure compliance, update member information, and support regional projects, focus groups, training, and conferences
- Research and engage potential new member firms, manage the application process, and onboard new members
- Handle member exits, update the website, and maintain recruitment materials
- Collaborate on venue selection, budgeting, and logistics for regional events
- Manage event invitations, agendas, and all onsite details
- Assist with Board meetings, prepare reports, and support the implementation of Board strategies
- Support financial management, participate in calls, manage the regional budget, and handle various ad hoc tasks as needed
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organisational abilities
- Attention to detail with the capability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills and an awareness of cultural differences
