Senior Accounting Manager

Our client is an accounting firm providing accounting, tax compliance and advisory services to foreign owned SME in Thailand. They are looking for an ambitious Senior Accounting Manager to work side by side with the Managing Director and continue to grow the company and develop the team. 

Responsibilities:

• Day to day role will be to manage a team responsible for providing outsourced accounting services to a wide range of clients.
• Coach team members to continually develop accounting, technical and IT skills
• Ensure all processes and systems are being correctly, and efficiently used by team members
• Review of team members accounting reports, reconciliations and governmental filings to ensure quality standards are maintained and reports are completed on time
• Review and Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Identification of processes, systems and solutions that help the team, clients and company

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting and CPD license
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience preferably with an international company, and at least 2 years with an accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of Thai Revenue Code and Thai GAAP
• CPA, Tax Auditor or Xero accounting software experience will be highly advantageous
• Strong English language skills
