Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy, identifying the tools, resources, and performance metrics required to drive success
- Design and deliver in-house training sessions on CI methodologies, equipping colleagues with the skills needed to implement improvements
- Provide expert guidance on statistics, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Kanban methodologies to ensure best practices are followed
- Lead complex and diverse Lean Sigma projects, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the manufacturing plant
- Support bottom-up improvement initiatives and promote the sharing of best practices across the site
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of CI initiatives and cultural alignment with the company’s goals
- Ensure that the company’s culture and policies are embraced and effectively deployed within the plant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred; degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, or Ceramics Engineering will be considered with relevant experience
- In-depth understanding of continuous improvement concepts, including Six Sigma, Lean, and 5S methodologies
- Proven experience in designing and implementing CI frameworks, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in continuous improvement programmes and Lean solutions
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Proficiency in English is required
