Senior Supervisor, Operation

Our client is a global logistics company offering cutting-edge supply chain and logistics solutions to various industry sectors.

They are currently expanding one of their key global accounts in Thailand and are seeking a number of Senior Supervisors, Operations, to join them on this exciting journey. Responsibilities:

• Manage data centre activities such as builds, decom, reverse logistics, replenishment, ticket management, order fulfilment, and receiving/exporting
• Guide a team of temporary/support staff during peak volumes or as required
• Handle order processing, and prepare and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, and plans
• Support new site set-ups, including arranging pharmacy shelves, drop zones, and implementing 5S standards
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of cargo
• Perform tracking and tracing functions, and assist in daily warehouse and administrative activities and communications
• Liaise closely with external parties to ensure shipments are expedited smoothly
• Correspond and liaise with customers, attending to their enquiries
• Handle any other ad-hoc/administrative duties

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry
• Knowledge of logistics, including receiving, inventory, export, and transport coordination
• Knowledge of data centre operations, including builds, decom, and reverse logistics
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Customer relationship management skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
