Our client is a leading pet food manufacturer specialising in private label solutions. They partner with companies to develop and produce high-quality, customised pet food under their own brands.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join their team in Bangkok. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with private-label customers, ensuring their success through exceptional service and expertise.


  • Manage a portfolio of assigned private label accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend customised pet food solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the manufacturing process
  • Ensure POs are shipped in full and on time
  • Monitor and analyse customer sales performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations on our capabilities to potential customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems
  • Utilise strong analytical skills to generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Thai native speaker with fluent written and spoken English
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the pet food industry or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of private label manufacturing and its benefits
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
  • Experience with data analytical systems is a plus
