Job Summary:
As a Sales Engineer with us, you'll be at the heart of our sales efforts, focusing on developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and smashing those sales targets. Your role will be instrumental in driving our growth and ensuring our clients receive top-notch solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for LV & MV products, automation, and SCADA solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth in assigned territories.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including end-users, contractors, and consultants.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Technical Expertise:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of LV & MV products, automation systems, and SCADA solutions.
  • Provide technical support to clients, including product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop custom solutions that meet specific client requirements.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, to the Sales Manager.
  • Provide feedback to product management and marketing teams on market needs and product performance.

Training and Development:

  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and market trends.
  • Provide training and technical support to junior sales staff and other team members.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of LV & MV products, automation systems, and SCADA solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of LV & MV products, automation systems, and SCADA solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in LV & MV products, automation, and SCADA solutions.
  • Professional certifications related to sales or technical expertise in LV & MV products, automation, and SCADA.
