We are looking for a new Territory Account Manager to manage existing and new customer accounts, focusing on the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing accounts, secure orders, and establish new accounts; visit both current and potential sales outlets
  • Coordinate sales efforts by examining current and potential dealer volumes
  • Place orders by referencing price lists and product information
  • Keep management informed with reports on activities and results, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses
  • Track competitors by collecting information on market trends, including pricing, product offerings, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising strategies
  • Provide recommendations for product, service, and policy improvements
  • Address customer complaints by thoroughly investigating issues, devising solutions, creating reports, and offering recommendations
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops, reading professional publications, and building personal networks
  • Maintain sales records and customer accounts
  • Increase sales by identifying, analysing, and pursuing opportunities for acquiring new customers, and by providing product and application recommendations to existing customers
  • Maintain a consistent focus on executing sales growth strategies and meeting sales targets
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure that appropriate service support is provided to customers
  • Consult with Corporate Account Managers to ensure effective account management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in field B2B sales, with a concentration in chemical specialties or hospitality, with experience in equipment and operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken)
  • Solid presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
