They are now seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee layout and re-layout activities within the factory, ensuring space planning accommodates product expansion and new business ventures
  • Collaborate with the Lean team to promote continuous improvement across operations and support activities
  • Update capacity for new products and mass production lines monthly to meet customer demand, and submit capital expenditure requests to ensure timely equipment arrival
  • Prevent delays in new product builds and address sudden demand increases promptly
  • Ensure 100% standard time validation for new products and mass production models, submitting the latest PSU standard time to Finance based on monthly actual builds
  • Validate standard time based on AOP/Budget for top contributors
  • Provide rework cost estimates as requested by Business Management, Planning, and Production
  • Ensure all Laguna models have updated IE plans, including standard time validation, ramp plans, headcount planning, and line layouts
  • Conduct Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) reviews, actively participate in safety compliance, and promote the reporting of near misses, unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, adapting to the dynamic and evolving nature of the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry
  • Required training: Motion & Time Study, AutoCAD/Draftsight, AR Generation, Company Policies, Technical Writing
  • Proficiency in Industrial Engineering tools, creation of MTM elements, and Management Systems Standards
  • Computer skills (MS Office, Oracle, AutoCAD)
  • Strong influencing, communication, and leadership skills
  • Sense of urgency, flexibility, commitment, responsiveness, and resourcefulness
