Our client is a leading manufacturer of packaging machines. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Regional Sales Manager to join the company’s APAC team in Thailand.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an innovative international company and learn about cutting-edge technology. The office is conveniently located in central Bangkok.


  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media.
  • Create and build new business relationships with prospects
  • Maintain strong business relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct market research
  • Create and implement a sales plan
  • Report sales pipeline and  projections to management regularly
  • Responsible for market analysis, consumer insights, tracking competitors, and market dynamics
  • Participate in exhibitions and trade conferences
  • Liaise between client and European headquarters

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in project management
  • At least 3 years of work experience in machinery sales
  • Independent and hard-working, motivated to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of sales success
  • Problem-solver
  • Strong commitment to sales and service
  • Eager to learn
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English
  • Experience working with European company is a plus
