Our client is a leading multinational Electronic Manufacturing Services supplier based in Thailand, with a growing presence in Thailand and throughout Asia. As a part of their expansion, they are currently looking for a new Program Manager who will be responsible for managing key customers across United States and Europe to help strategically develop the company’s business.

Responsibilities
- Organize programs and activities in line with the organization's mission and goals
- Develop new programs to align with the organization's strategic direction
- Oversee the evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Develop strong relationships with customers in Europe and the United States, with a deep understanding of individual customer needs
- Monitor the manufacturing process with international suppliers (including planning, technical review, alignment with the company's process requirements, budget, and supply chain)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to find effective solutions and ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Assist and support customers in transitioning products from design to manufacturing
- Ensure the achievement of targeted costs during the mass production stage
- Streamline program execution by applying the fundamental principles of Lean thinking
- Ensure the execution of the company's objectives in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
- Ensure coordination and communication between teams in Europe and the United States
- Follow up on project/program planning
- Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure the successful outcome of each activity, aiming to reach the program's objectives
- Take full responsibility for the quality, safety, and timely execution of the programs/projects under your supervision
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- First experience in Engineering Management or leading multinational Engineering projects
- Program Management in PCB and Systems design expertise will be a significant advantage
- An excellent command of English is a must; French is an advantage
- Understanding of the design/debug/test of electronic products is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously
- Customer-centric: possesses good communication and client management skills
- Capacity to deliver technical reports and business presentations
- Good negotiation skills
- Availability to travel for business-related purposes
