Responsibilities:

Organizational Development and Effectiveness:

  • Lead the design and implementation of organizational development strategies, including change management initiatives, leadership development programs, and team effectiveness interventions.
  • Assess organizational needs, conduct gap analyses, and develop strategies to enhance organizational structure, processes, and systems.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness and employee productivity.
Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, ensuring the organization has the right talent, structure, culture, and processes to achieve its goals.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and department heads to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and proactively identify HR-related opportunities and challenges.
Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by developing and implementing employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and employee wellness strategies.
  • Drive the company's culture and values, ensuring they are embedded throughout the organization and promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Support the development and implementation of effective communication strategies to facilitate transparency, employee feedback, and organizational alignment.
Talent Management:

  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding, to ensure the organization has a robust pipeline of skilled professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective employee development and training programs to enhance employee capabilities, foster career growth, and support succession planning.
  • Implement retention strategies and initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent, including the identification and development of high-potential employees.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Significant experience in HROD such as human resources, talent management, organizational development, or related roles, with a focus on leadership and strategic HR management.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing human resource management preferably above 500-1,000 employees
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent management strategies, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing HR teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business operations and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
