Customer Solution - Airfreight Export

Our client is a leading global logistics company that is growing rapidly in Southeast Asia, with regional headquarters in Bangkok. We are seeking a confident and ambitious professional to join the customer service team based at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) as a Customer Solution – Airfreight Expert. This role is suitable for graduates seeking a career in Logistics / Freight.

Responsibilities

• Contact client to confirm Air Freight Export booking information. Check packing list, CNEE, routing orders, and other important details
• Prepare freight bookings with airlines with co-loader and prepare all related documents for shipping staff and trucking team at the Suvarnabhumi Office
• Track shipments with co-loader and keep client informed of freight movements
• Create Booking in automated system and ensure all data is correct
• Send booking confirmation and flight details to clients
• Transfer all data and documents to coordinate shipments
• E-file and maintain records according to SOP

  Qualifications

• University graduate in any field
• Customer-service oriented, able to operate under pressure
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proactive communicator, keen to work with an international team
• Can communicate well in English and Thai, both spoken and written
• Capable of handling and dealing with people at different levels of the organisation
• Flexible and highly motivated, results-driven
