Our client is a global engineering company specialized in the field of safety, security and sustainability solutions, including testing, inspection, management system certification and product certification. As part of their expansion, they are now looking for a new HR Country Manager to take full ownership of the HR function in Thailand and partner the business to ensure alignment of HR and business goals, projects and objectives within the regional and global headquarters.

- Communicate with Global and ASEAN teams and lead the implementation of HR programs and operations in Thailand.
- Establish excellent relationships with the Country GM and Line Managers to support and advise the business in terms of HR.
- Act as a real business partner to senior leadership.
- Oversee the employer branding and talent acquisition process including work pass proceedings for expatriates in the company.
- Managing offers and effectively onboarding the talents needed for sustainable growth.
- Handle the performance management system and process.
- Review, develop and manage the compensation and benefits programs including expatriate management to ensure relevancy and competitiveness.
- Plan, develop and implement an effective annual training plan for the company to ensure systematic and continuous development of human capital.
- Identify key and high potential employees and ensure appropriate development for succession planning.
- Lead change management, organizational development and employee engagement projects and manage the HR related internal and external communication.
- Provide HR data and analytics needed to support business decisions.
- 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role in an international technical service or manufacturing environment
- Very good knowledge of local employment regulations & payroll.
- Excellent command of both English and Thai.
- Ability to establish genuine relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Highly efficient, well organized and resourceful.
- Confident in working in multinational environment.
