Our client is a multinational luxury products manufacturer. We are seeking an ambitious NPI Senior Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of the company’s growing operations in Thailand and in the region.

- Oversee creation and on-time delivery of NPI samples; verify BOM accuracy for material planning
- Develop & optimise new production process; routing and tooling for mass production; manage handover of mass production process and collaborate with relevant stakeholders
- Improve and optimise production process for new products
- Test, ensure quality, provide feedback and recommend changes to Product Master
- Ensure master data is captured and shared with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams to incorporate mass production learning and process development
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field with at least 10 years of experience in new product rollout, project management, and business strategy, including managerial experience in Manufacturing
- Closely monitor any fluctuations in dynamic production environment; manage resources to cope with challenges; solve problems under tight deadlines
- Strong communication, negotiation, coaching, system management skills
- Familiar working in a fast-paced environment; able to work independently with high degree of accountability
- Self-driven, ambitious and goal-oriented. A fast learner, problem solver, who is open-minded and listens to colleague’s feedback
- Competent in Microsoft Office and ERP
- Fluent communication in both Thai English
