Process Engineering Senior Manager

Our client is a multinational luxury products manufacturer. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Process Engineering Senior Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the company’s growing operations in Thailand and in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving engineering and continuous improvements to reduce production costs
• Improve quality and productivity by coordinating with stakeholders to implement long term corrective actions
• Implement innovation pilot programmes and support transition into mass manufacturing of new products
• Streamline communication with various stakeholders to deploy best practices
• Produce roadmap of strategic initiatives, and KPI targets
• Liaise with production operations to prioritise initiatives and activities to ensure efficient resource utilization
• Collaborate with relevant units daily to troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner
• Provide feedback on quality and operations issues
• Provide input on feasibility studies, approve work instructions and other manufacturing parameters; ensure effective implementation  of the change management process
• Ensure standardization of best practices across all plants to deliver best-in-class operations performance
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to optimise cost performance on new projects
• Other tasks as assigned by management
