As a part of their expansion, they are currently looking for a new Finance and Accounting Manager to take full responsibility for the company’s financial operations and the development of the accounting team. The future Finance and Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth, reshaping the accounting & finance function, and ensuring the success of strategic projects.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, accurate and complete execution of local and group financial reporting.
- Lead, coach and train the accounting team with a hands-on approach to help them grow.
- Prepare tax calculation in-house, tax returns and BOI reporting.
- Prepare budgets, revision, and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and trends to design financial models to serve the business.
- Implement recognized best practices in Accounting and Finance.
- Communicate with auditors, tax authorities, BOI, lawyers, banks, and other external stakeholders as required.
- Handle finances and resources to support the company’s strategic projects within budget (new ERP implementation, construction project for factory extension, BI solution, etc.).
- Support the Project manager (PM) to set up the project's cost/benefits analysis, budget, deliverables and financial reports.
- Prepare risk & opportunity analysis, contingencies sign-off and project financial communication.
- Review existing finance business processes, and define new processes to serve business needs better, incorporating recognized best practices and functional improvements.
- Identify pain points and bottlenecks in Accounting and Finance and proactively communicate issues that may impact the successful completion of the projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
- At least 6 years’ experience in an Accounting & Finance role in Manufacturing environment.
- Experience in supporting major ERP implementation projects is a significant advantage.
- CPD license is required.
- Big 4 audit background would be an advantage.
- Native Thai speaker with Fluent Business English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Able to work autonomously and show initiative.
- Comfortable with complexity and shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
