Our client is a multinational automotive parts manufacturer seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Consultant (SAP – CO) to join their team. - Responsible for SAP financial accounting: support clients with selection, implementation, and support to enhance business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Design, configure and test core FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Period closing), asset management, consolidation, and CO modules (CCA, PCA, PA, PC, Period closing)
- Primarily responsible for successful implementation of SAP: provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instructions to clients
- Liaise with client for troubleshooting, analyses, and problem-solving Map clients’ business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
- Oversee the successful deployment of MORE-TM in plants, coordinate with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business process and system logic
- Adjust SAP TM background settings and provide detailed explanation of ordering process; answer FAQs from stakeholders
- Produce documents to support rollout of SAP with test cases; train end users and new clients
- Expedite freight management, standardise processes, select freight forwarders
- Overall freight control, reporting and budgeting; monitor freight forwarders’ performance and suggest improvements
- Lead logistics cost and performance improvement projects and initiatives
- Provide support on transport issues, package issues, logistics service provider bidding, cost improvements, and workshops
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, especially Finance and Accounting, AIS, with at least 3 years of experience with SAP in core module area FI/CO
- Understanding of business standards, practices, and related applications for integration with SAP modules
- Experience with report painter and drilldown, product and materials cost ledger, integration with FI/CO modules, and bank interface
- Strong cross-functional knowledge of product certification; able to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations
- Able to work independently as well as a team player; can manage own workload as well as multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Thai
