JacksonGrant is looking for candidates for a supporting role with Group Governance, Risk and Compliance for a Global Healthcare company. We are seeking a professional with experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance to provide administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities

Governance risk compliance:

  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of compliance policies throughout the Company Group
  • Help conduct compliance reviews
  • Follow up with corrective actions
  • Roll out compliance communications initiatives
  • Support implementation and adoption of online compliance tools
  • Help develop PowerPoint reports and presentations
  • Support implementation of new risk assessment methodology
  • Perform special assignments or projects as needed
  • Keep records of governance risk compliance activities
  • Collect and analyse data to support governance risk compliance initiatives; review compliance policies from Company Groups in other countries
  • Support Compliance Day planning and implementation
  • Help maintain and administer the company Portal (GRC Sharepoint, Policy Center & Company News)
Group Insurance:   

  • Proactively administer and support Group Insurance programmes (Directors and Officers Insurance, General Liability, Property Damage & Business Interruption, Marine & Cargo, and Cyber Insurance)
  • Programme acquisition and renewal activities
  • Check, review, and facilitate approval of related policies, premium allocations, invoicing activitie,s and maintain related documents
  • Handle major insurance claims, track loss performance/ratios and programme limits
  • Maintain an insurance support log; ensure active and timely handling of Group Insurance-related queries from Group and Country stakeholders, facilitate insurance claims and associated processes
  • Facilitate risk engineering and coordinate activities between insurers and stakeholders at targetted sites; maintain and monitor key findings and improvements at Country level
Requirements

  • Degree in business, finance, accounting or law is preferred
  • Relevant compliance certifications (SCCE) is an advantage
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Prefer experience working in Compliance/Healthcare/ Consumer Goods/Legal
  • Good with PowerPoint, Excel and data analytics such as Power BI
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues
  • Native or fluent English, both spoken and written
