Senior Business Analyst (SAP – Transportation Management)

Our client is a multinational automotive parts manufacturer with operations in Thailand.
 
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Business Analyst (SAP – Transportation Management) to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an important part of the company’s regional operations.

Responsibilities;
•    Responsible for SAP TM  deployment in Thailand plants to ensure the implementation of TM in plants to coordinate business processes with systems logic
•    Responsible for SAP TM background settings; providing detailed explanations of the ordering process; and answering FAQs from stakeholders
•    Responsible for transport orders & providing technical support to SAP TM users 
•    Rollout process documentation with test cases; train end users and new suppliers
•    Expedite freight management, improve process standardization 
•    Responsible for overall freight control, reports and budgets, and monitoring performance of freight forwarders
•    Lead improvements in logistics, cost, and performance; develop ideas to improve transportation efficiency
•    Support resolution of issues with plants, transport, packaging, and logistics service provider bidding
•    Responsible for cost improvements and CIP; conduct workshops to realise savings across regional and global projects

Requirements;
•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
•    At least 8 years of related experience, especially in SAP implementation for logistics, transportation, supply chain
•    Experienced in project management, freight forwarding and managing packaging suppliers
•    Familiar with international and domestic transportation market
•    Good knowledge of P2P cycle, O2C & it’s interface with SAP TM / transport ordering and freight billing 
•    Strong time management and conflict resolution skills
•    Good presentation, highly organized, solution-oriented and proactive work habits
•    Strong coordination and leadership skills
•    Willing to travel within Thailand & globally
•    Strong analytical skills, with a tendency to make decisions based on on data
•    High proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Data Visualisation platforms like Power BI, Celonis, Tableau
•    Fluent in Thai and English
